SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2,regarding the proposed Operating Budget
for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would provide funds to subsidize golf in
West Hawai`i by amending the General Fund revenue and expenditure accounts as follows:
• Increases the Fund Bal From Prey Year revenue account by $250,000; and
• Adds expense account 010.500.5503.42 for West HI Golf Program, 115 Misc. Contract
Services, West HI Golf Program, for$250,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
