Lee Loy, by request of the <br /> Administration, and transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Danny Patel via <br /> Communication No. 270, dated April 26, 2019, accepts the dedication of Onomea Street <br /> Extension, identified as TMK No. (3) 2-8-026:036, Road A, identified as TMK No. (3) 2-8- <br /> 026:033, and Easement 21B, identified as TMK Nos. (3) 2-8-026:017 (por.), (3) 2-8-026:021 <br /> (por.), and (3) 2-8-026:022 (por.), all situated at Pepeekeo, District of South Hilo, Island of <br /> Hawaii, County of Hawai`i, State of Hawaii, from the Hawai`i Island Community <br /> Development Corporation, a Hawai`i nonprofit corporation. <br /> Committee Chair Sue Lee Loy noted that the resolution received letters indicating no objections <br /> from the Department of Public Works,the Planning Department,the Department of <br /> Environmental Management, and the Department of Water Supply.
