SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
revenue and expenditure accounts as follows: increases the Fund Balance From Previous Year
revenue account by$360,000 and increases Contingency Relief Miscellaneous Charges
(Contingency Fund) expense account by$360,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
