SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 31, Draft 3; Proposed Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Transmitting Bill No. 31, Draft 3,which,was the result of amendments approved at the May 22, 2019,
Special Meeting of the Council.

2 DPR-Kealakehe Regional Park Master Plan(Reapp. 5596.63) 1,500

4 DPR-Kahuku Park Improvements (Reapp.) 750
Net Increase 3,850
The above amendments increased the FY 2019-2020 Capital Budget by $3,850,000 and 4
projects for a total of$241,840,000 and 64 projects.
Project"OHCD—Papa`aloa Elderly Housing Expansion"was amended by reducing the cost of
Construction from $2.3 million to $2.15 million and adding $30,000 for Planning and $120,000
for Design/Survey. This amendment maintains the total appropriation at$2.3 million.
