COMMUNI- The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, CATIONS: Communications. (There were none.) CHR. LEE LOY: Mr. Clerk, Resolution 163-19. ORDER OF The Chair directed the Committee to proceed to the next order of business, RESOLUTIONS: Order of Resolutions. PWMTC-8 May 20, 2019 Res. 163-19: ACCEPTS THE DEDICATION OF ONOMEA STREET EXTENSION, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY: 2-8-026:036, ROAD A, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY: 2-8-026:033, AND EASEMENT 21B, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: 2-8-026:017 (POR.), 2-8-026:021 (POR.), AND 2-8-026:022 (POR.), ALL SITUATED AT PEPE`EKEO, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, ISLAND AND COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, FROM HAWAII ISLAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, A HAWAII NON-PROFIT CORPORATION The landholder seeks to dedicate the roadways and easement for public roadway and drainage purposes. Reference: Comm. 270 Intr. by: Ms. Lee Loy (B/R) CHR. LEE LOY: Mr. Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, please, a motion to forward Resolution 163-19 to the Council with a positive recommendation. Motion to Approve: Mr. Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder moved to recommend adoption of Res. 163-19. Seconded by Mr. Richards. CHR. LEE LOY: Any discussion? Just for record-keeping purposes, Resolution 163-19 has received letters from the Department of Public Works, Department of Planning, Department of Environmental Management, and then the Department Water Supply with no objections. Really, this is just a utility easement for infrastructure. Seeing no discussion, if we could take a vote. All those in favor to send Resolution 163-19 to the Council with a positive recommendation, please say aye. Seconded by Mr. Richards and carried by the following voice vote: Ayes: Committee Members Chung, David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Lee Loy—9.
