Chung, Chair .._ <br /> And Members of the Hawai`i County Council N <br /> FROM: Karen Eoff, Council Member <br /> Council District 8 {(j -- <br /> SUBJECT: Reports attendance at the West Hawaii Community Forum <br /> In accordance with HRS § 92-2.5(e), I am reporting the attendance of Council Members Tim <br /> Richards, Rebecca Villegas, Sue Lee Loy and myself at the West Hawai`i Community Forum <br /> held at the West Hawai`i Civic Center on May 23, 2019. <br /> The topic at this forum was the Mayor's proposed budget for 2019-2020. <br /> HRS Section 92-2.5(e) provides that two or more members of a board, but less than a quorum, <br /> may attend an informational meeting or presentation on matters relating to official board <br /> business, including a meeting of another entity, legislative hearing, convention, seminar, or <br /> community meeting; provided that the meeting or presentation is not specifically and exclusively <br /> organized for or directed toward members of the board.
