SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
revenue and expenditure accounts as follows: increases Fund Balance From Previous Year
revenue account by$74,388 and increases Legislative Auditor S&W, Regular S&W expense
account by$74,388. These funds will be used for a position that is not yet created. This position
will be responsible for investigating complaints associated with the Whistleblower program.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
