Hawai`i County Council on May 21, 2019, by vote as listed below:
Ordinance 19-67 (Bill 47, Draft 2): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-11 (Lalamilo-Pu'ukapu),
Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), by
changing the district classification from Agricultural —forty acres (A-40a) to Agricultural—five acres
(A-5a) at Pu'ukapu Homesteads 2nd Series, Waimea, South Kohala, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key:
6-4-017:043. AYES: Council Members David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy,
Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Chung— 9. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. EXCUSED:
None.
Ordinance 19-68 (Bill 57): An Ordinance adopting a Pay Plan for persons employed by the County
other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for, designating payroll periods, pay days, prescribing
requirements with respect to official fidelity bonds, and repealing Ordinance No. 18-53 and all
amendments thereto, said Ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2019. AYES: Council
Members David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, and Chair
Chung— 8. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Member Villegas— 1. EXCUSED: None.
Ordinance 19-69 (Bill 58): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. AYES: Council Members
David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, and Chair Chung— 8.
NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Member Villegas— 1. EXCUSED: None.

Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019. AYES: Council Members
