Poindexter, District 1 Council Member RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 189-19, Draft 2; A Resolution Approving the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Proposed Operating Budget for the Hawai`i State Association of Counties. Please find attached Resolution No. 189-19, Draft 2. Resolution No. 189-19 was amended by replacing Exhibit A with the revised proposed operating budget attached to Communication No. 311.1, as duly approved by the Council during its June 4, 2019, Council meeting.
