Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
1 am writing to you as a resident of Hawaii County to urge you to support Bill 64 and vote
in favor of it.

Bill 64 seeks to address a safety issue of vehicle window tint that is too dark.This safety
issue is not only to help protect our valuable first responders but also for the general
public safety.
Vehicle window tint that is too dark does not allow fellow drivers to assess whether or
not the other driver is being attentive,who is operating the vehicle and is dangerous in
night driving circumstances.
