Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
I am writing to you as a resident of Hawaii County to urge you to support Bill 64. and
vote in favor of it.
Bill 64 seeks to address a safety issue of vehicle window tint that is too dark, This
will allow our officers to better see in the vehicle,giving them precious time to
assess the situation and react accordingly.Tints that are too dark are counter-
productive to the safety issue and is in violation of the Hawaii tint law, especially
after Officer Kaliloa's death,
