Re: Amend Bill 78
Bill 78 was transmitted to Council on May 15, 2019 to set up the proper accounts and
appropriate Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act(WIOA) funds for the Office of
Housing and Community Development(OHCD). The OHCD wishes to amend Bill 78 in
order to make the following changes (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken;
material to be added is underscored): !'

Year (PY) 2019 Workforce and Opportunity Act (WIOA):
