The Ka'u community is going to stop begging for a legislative audit
the Ka'u large capacity cesspool (LCC) closure project.
Instead of further begging, Ka'u will simply report this long-running
public corruption with current costs of $108,550,000* in borrowed monies to
the local FBI Public Corruption Officer since the FBI defines fraud as acts
c
intentionally deceptive in violating Federal, State and County laws and
misuse of authority to direct the County to violate laws and regulations.
Dora Beck and William Kucharski keep lying about the Ka'u LCC
conversion projects and this fraud needs an investigation. If the County
Council won't do the audit we have asked for — we have no choice but to
swear out an affidavit to the FBI.
Sorry you chose not to audit the Ka'u LCC fiasco!

[*Currently,the$108,550,000 loan does NOT include cost of an actual Naalehu sewage treatment plant.]
