Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 194-19,reports as follows:
Resolution No. 194-19 transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 322 dated
May 30, 2019, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for
a multi-year lease of two walking floor refuse trailers for the Department of Environmental
Management.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of$5,200.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 194-19, and
recommends its adoption.
