In response to your July 7, 19991etter requesting comment on the proposed
amendments for non-profit organizations, please be advised that the Friends of the
Children's .Advocary Center of West Hawaii has ao objections to your proposed
amendmens.
Since we receive grants from other organizations, we are familiar with the procedures
required to provide accounting of the funds that we spend. Although doing sa for the
Couary wculd mean extra time and paperwork, we understand and support the
necessary a~zdit and accountability procedures.
