Dr. Fa'anunu is currently an Assistant Professor of Tourism at <br /> the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and has extensive background on land use, <br /> environmental, and community planning. <br /> Dr. Fa'anunu holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Middlebury College in Vermont, <br /> a M.S.P.H. from University of Colorado Health Science Center, and a Ph.D in Urban <br /> and Regional Planning from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. -Originally from the <br /> Kingdom of Tonga, Dr. Fa'anunu has resided in Hawai'i for the past 17 years. She <br /> generously volunteers her time to our community and has worked with <br /> Nawahiokalaniopu'u Charter Schools, Hui Makua o Punana Leo o Kona, Amy <br /> Greenwell Farm, and many more. <br /> Dr. Fa'anunu states that she is not a member of any political party.
