She holds a home <br /> economics degree from Tokyo Public College. <br /> While living in the State of Ohio, Ms. Ford served on the Miami Valley Regional <br /> Planning Commission. She would also bring the experience of having previously served <br /> a complete term on the County Tax Board of Review. <br /> Ms. Ford has resided in Hawai'i for 19 years. She indicates that she is not affiliated with <br /> any political party. If confirmed, she will fill a vacant seat with a term expiring December <br /> 31, 2023. <br /> Due to the needs of the Board, I respectfully request that this item be waived at <br /> Committee and placed on the full Council agenda for July 24, 2019.
