Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 106, Draft 3, which amends
Condition E by deleting "consisting of, but not limited to, commercial standard sidewalks
(sidewalks with no planter strips) along the entire frontage of the subject property," and inserting
"as required" in the last sentence. These amendments will not be as restrictive, yet will allow the
Department of Public Works to have the final say about the sidewalks.
