Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 106, Draft 4, which changes the
district classification from General Commercial (CG-20) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20)
as discussed at today's Council meeting. Although a sepazate motion to prohibit bazs, nightclubs
and cabazets was approved by the Council, no condition has been included in Bill No. 106, Draft
4, because it is already prohibited under the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) designation of the
Zoning Code.
Bill No. 106, Draft 3, which proposed to amend Condition E, was not approved by the Council
on August 25, 1999.
