SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7—Citric Acid
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Hawai`i County Economic Opportunity
Council (HCEOC) to purchase citric acid in the effort to control the coqui frog infestation in
Council District 7.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
