Community Development Plan Action Committee:
1) Susan Forbes — retired Chief Executive Officer of Hawai'i Health Information
Corporation and former executive with the Kapi'olani Health Care Systems and
Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children.
2) Nicolette CB Hubbard — Loan Originator for V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc.
3) Carol R. Ignacio — Government and Community Affairs Management with Blue
Zone Project Hawai'i and former executive with the statewide Office of Social
Ministries.
4) Dr. Tawn Isaac Keeney— retired physician and owner of Honoka'a People's
Theatre.
5) Crystal Kua — Senior Consultant and Communications Strategist with
Kamehameha Schools.
6) Brad R Kurokawa — Principal Landscape Architect for KI Concepts, LLC. and
former Deputy Planning Director for the County of Hawai'i.
7) Jeff McKnight— Senior Certified Solutions Consultant for Bear Communications.
8) Robert T. Nishimoto— retired Aquatic Biologist for the State of Hawai'i and
former Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at the University of Hawai'i at Hilo.
9) Rhonda Darling Pollard - Business Analyst for Hawai'i Water Service Company
located in Waikoloa.
