Page 5 FC-15 July 23,2019 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 89: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 19-73, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2020 Increases revenues in the Operating Reserve from Previous Year—Ouli Ekahi Housing Fund account($225,000); and appropriates the same to the Ouli Ekahi Project Expenditure account. Funds would be used for roof repairs at Ouili Ekahi Housing Project.
