Do NOT Ignore or amend the KCDP! Leave it as written- "SHALL"means shall, and was
used intentionally.
If you gut, amend, or ignore the Kona plan, you will logically feel further entitled to gut _
ignore the Hamakua plan, Puna plan, etc. I do not want these plans, changed by you!

It is NOT your entitlement, or in the view of many (who are now shocked and angry at this
arrogance)your self-appointed right to change "shall" to "may"!!
These plans were developed in good faith through collaboration and communitv.

These plans ARE the voice of the people that you are SUPPOSED to represent. These plano
were not- and are not written to be replaced with your personal opinion, bias, agenda, or
genuflecting to monied, or powerful, or outside self-serving interests.
Our island is being polluted,plundered, and exploited. Why do you continue to allow it?
LOOK at your past decisions and the consequences of your individual and collective
decisions and actions. Why do we have to constantly monitor your words, actions, and
ethics??
