Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 107, Drafr 2, with the following
amendments:
1. replace the existing language in Condition F with "Fire flow shall meet with the
approval of the Fire Department in consultation with the Department of Water
Supply."
2. replace the existing language in Condition G with "Prior to the issuance of the
Certificate of Occupancy for the proposed development, the applicant shall submit
a final written report to the Planning Director stating that all conditions have been
met."
