Subject: TMT moratorium
The objective of the moratorium is obvious. It is to delay the start of construction past the September deadline required
by the building permit so that TMT will have to re-submit for a permit and give opponents more time to obstruct the
project.TIO (TMT) has gone through every hurdle and has legal permission to begin construction.The governor and civil
authorities have violated the trust of law abiding citizens of the state by refusing to take action. It will be an entirely
disingenuous and despicable action by the council to approve this proposal.
