I support the moratorium on TMT to halt construction for 60 days . I am a fourth time visitor from Colorado and
I've spoken to several locals on this matter. It is very clear that these lands are sacred to them and that they are
very strong when united ! Under John Lockes social contract the people are able to rebel against the government
when acted against the interest of citizens .
