..v os M; <br /> ire• <br /> • " � = STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI I -'• �� -����-/:*M <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 254 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A <br /> DONATION OF FUNDS TO BE USED TOWARDS TRAVEL AND <br /> OTHER EXPENSES FOR ROCKY MOUNTAIN INSTITUTE MOBILITY <br /> INNOVATION LAB PROJECT ACCELERATOR WORKSHOP <br /> ATTENDANCE TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF <br /> RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Ulupono Initiative is donating funds to the County of Hawaii <br /> Department of Research and Development for travel and other expenses to attend <br /> the Rocky Mountain Institute Mobility Innovation Lab Project Accelerator Workshop; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii Department of Research and Development <br /> recommends approval of this donation by the Ulupono Initiative; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides <br /> that the council, on behalf of the county, may accept gifts of donations of money, <br /> securities, or other personal property or of real estate or any interest in real estate; now <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County <br /> of Hawaii, accepts this donation. <br />
