Subject: Resolution of the Council of the County of
Hawaii Authorizing the Acquisition of the "Ice
House" by Land Eachange
Taa Map Key: 3rd/2-1-03:24
Enclosed please find the above titled resolution. The
resolution will provide the Finance Director with the authority
to enter into negotiations with Mauna Kea Agronomics, Inc., for
the acquisition of the "ice House", by land ezchange, on a
value for value basis, for so much of the available County of
Hawaii owned properties as necessary.
