from Single -Family Residential — 10,000 Square Feet (RS -10) to Neighborhood Commercial — 40,000
Square Feet (CN -40) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key 2-2-039:031, 057, 068
and 069. AYES: Council Members David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy,
Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Chung — 9. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. EXCUSED:
None.
