Mr. Doug Bigley, President and CEO of lkaika`Ohana would make a presentation to the Council Committee as an updated overview of the current affordable housing picture on island, as well as potential tools the County of Hawaii could adopt for funding. Thirty minutes should be allowed for the presentation and thirty minutes for questions and answers. Please place this on the agenda for the September 17, 2019 Finance Committee.
