SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) to assist with expenses related to the 2019 Hawaii Island
Veterans Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
