SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7—2019 Hawaii Island
Veterans Day Parade.
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC)to assist with expenses related to the 2019 Hawaii Island
Veterans Day Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
