I urge to vote for Resolution 259,which will have its first reading
in September 2019.This resolution will dedicate the Phase 2 'MC

improvements to Manawalea Street to Hawaii County.The Phase 2 portion
of this roadway connects Ane K.Highway to the Manawalea
Street/Ke analehu Drive intersection.

This part of Kona is in dire need of more mauka to makai connector
roads.The Manawalea Street Extension adds yet another road that will
lip
help with traffic circulation in this growing area of Kona.
