Re: Real Property Tax exemption for Hawaiian Homes lessee

Attached you will find the bill to amend the ordinance relating
to real property tax exemptions for Hawaiian Home Lands
( residential houselots, farm lots, and pastoral lots ) , to
exclude real property used for commercial, industrial, or other
income producing purposes . This ordinance shall take effect
retroactive to January 1, 1992 .
