SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds—Council District 7—37th Annual
Kupuna Hula Festival
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to assist the Lions Club of Kona Community Foundation, Inc.,with
expenses related to the 37th Annual Kupuna Hula Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
