Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential— 10,000 square feet (RS-10): <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, being the southeast <br /> corner of Lot 66, Ahualani Subdivision, Unit 1, File Plan 1453, the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being <br /> 14,145.374 feet South and 257.67 East and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br /> from True South: <br /> 1. 265° 40' 303.70 feet along Lot 23, Mailani Street and <br /> Lot 22 of Ahualani Subdivision, Unit <br /> 1, File Plan 1453; <br /> 2. 355° 40' 911.90 feet along Lots 75, 64, 63, 56, 55, 48, <br /> 47 and 40 of Hoomalu Street <br /> Subdivision; <br /> -1- <br />
