Ordinance 19-91 (Bill 87, Draft 3): An Ordinance amending the Kona Community Development Plan,
as adopted by Ordinance No. 08-131. AYES: Council Members David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder,
Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Chung— 9. NOES: None. ABSENT:

Ordinance 19-92 (Bill 90): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map),
Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended),
by changing the district classification from Agricultural—Three Acres (A-3a) to Single Family
Residential— 10,000 Square Feet (RS-10) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, covered by
Tax Map Key: 2-4-080:013. AYES: Council Members David, Eoff, Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder,
Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Chung— 9. NOES: None.

Ordinance 19-93 (Bill 92): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. AYES: Council Members
David, Eoff, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy, Poindexter, Richards, Villegas, and Chair Chung— 8. NOES:
None. ABSENT: Council Member Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder— 1. EXCUSED: None.
