Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 95, reports as follows:
Bill No. 95, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 467 dated
August 29, 2019, amends Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, relating to public improvements and
financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
This bill adds the Public Works Waimd'au'au Stream Bridge Repair project for $1.3 million to the
Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital
Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 95, and recommends its
passage on first reading.
