Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council to assist with expenses related to the Sakada Day Celebration 2019.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
