COUNTY OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 106 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19-745 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE, FISCAL YEAR JULY 15 2019 TO JUNE 305 2020. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, is hereby amended by establishing the program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
