AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-114 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP),
ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
RELATING TO MODIFICATION OF CONDITION E, DELETION OF CONDITION J AND
ADDITION OF NEW CONDITIONS J, K, L AND M OF ORDINANCE NO. 85-19,
