AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 92-74 , AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1993 .
This bill amends Ordinance 92-74, as amended, relating
to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal
Year ending June 30, 1993, by adding the following project :
Kalopa By-Pass/Sand Gulch Road (Plans and Design) by $80, 000;
funds for this project shall be provided from the fund balance
of the General Fund.
Date Introduced: November 5, 1992
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on
November 5, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Alonzo, Arakaki , De Lima,
Domingo, Hale, Lai , Makuakane, Ruddle and
Chairman Schutte - 9 .
NOES: None.
ABSENT & EXCUSED: None.

This bill amends Ordinance 92-74,as amended;
relating to Public+Improvements and Financing
Thereof for the Fiscal Year,ending June 30, 1993,
by adding the following project: Kalopa By-Pass/ '.
Sand Gulch Road(Plans and Design)by$80,000;
funds for this project shall be provided from the
fund balance of the General Fund.
