Rt--: Draft of Ordinance on Sewer Hookups
Enclosed please find the latest draft of Bill 591,
concerning sewer line hookups. The latest changes are in
§21-38, to include partnerships in the definition of owner, and
in §21-41(f) to assure that where the "owner" of the property is
a married couple holding as tenants by the entirety, in case of
default, foreclosure will not commence until transfer of the
property or death of the surviving spouse.
