Please find attached Resolution No. 322-19, Draft 2. Resolution No. 322-19 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 494.1, as duly approved by the Council during its
October 1, 2019, Agriculture, Water, Energy and Environmental Management Committee
meeting.
