AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 92-73, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1993.
This Bill amends Ordinance 92-73, as amended, the
Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year
ending June 30, 1993, by increasing revenues in State
Grant -In -Aid account (minus $176,000) and Fund Balance from
Previous Year account, General Fund ($990,623); and by
appropriating $814,623 to the following accounts: vacation
($235,000); Provision for Transition ($40,000); Unemployment
Compensation ($100,000); R&D Tourism Promotion Misc.
Contractual Services ($6,000); Planning/Implementation Prog.
Misc. Contractual Svc. (Hilo CDP) ($200,000); Mass Transit
Agency Misc. Contractual Svc. (HCEOC Elderly Transportation)
($48,000); Finance Adm. & Budget Misc. Contractual Svc.
(HCEOC - Multi Family Svc.) ($77,000); Fire Protection Bldg.
Constr. Materials (N. Kohala Shed) ($6,000); Fire Protection
Fire Station Equipment (Waikoloa Station) ($7,623); Transf.
Cap. Proj. Fund (Kalopa By -Pass - $80,000) (Laupahoehoe Fire
Stn. Ext. - $15,000) ($95,000).
