Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 333-19, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 333-19 transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S ako, via Communication No. 505 dated
September 13, 2019, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal
year for a multi-year lease of six 15 cubic yard dump trucks for the Department of Public Works.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of$11,400. The County would own the equipment at the end of the lease.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 333-19, and
recommends its adoption.
