AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 92-74, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1992 TO JUNE 30, 1993.
This Bill amends Ordinance 92-74, as amended, relating
to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal
Year July 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993, by adding the following
projects by $1,126,537.31: Hilo Wastewater Treatment &
Conveyance Project ($473,477.55), Waiakea Houselot Sewer
($25,331.02), Wailoa SPA Improvements ($48,942.00), Old Airport
SPS & FM ($373,486.74), and Heeia & Kailua WWTP Improvements
($190,300.00), and Laupahoehoe Fire Station Extension
($15,000); funds for this project shall be provided from the
Fund Balance of the Capital Projects Fund, and the Laupahoehoe
Fire Station Extension project shall be provided from General
Fund Transfer.
Date Introduced: November 18, 1992
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.

reading at the meeting of the County Council on
November 18, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Alonzo, Arakaki, De Lima,
Domingo, Hale, Lai, Makuakane, Ruddle and
Chairman Schutte - 9.
