AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 92-73 , AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1993 .
This Bill amends Ordinance 92-73 , as amended, the
Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year
ending June 30, 1993 , by increasing revenues by $1, 254, 000 in
the following Federal Grant - Block Grant accounts : 1992
($1, 245, 000) , 1991 ($4 , 000) , 1990 ($5, 000) ; and by
appropriating to the following accounts : Hilo Emergency Shelter
Rehabilitation ($350, 000) ; Mutual Self-Help Housing Project
($250, 000) ; Hawi Waterline Replacement ($300, 000) ; Hilo Main
Street Program ($31, 000; $4 , 000; $5, 000) ; Removal of
Architectural Barriers ($65, 000) ; and Planning, Administration,
and Fair Housing ($249 , 000) .
Date Introduced: November 18, 1992
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on
November 18, 1992, by the following vote:
