1983, BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE CODIFYING THE PROCEDURES FOR
GIFTS AND DONATIONS.
A bill establishing formal procedures by which gifts,
donations and contributions (money, securities, or other
personal property or real estate or any interest in real
estate) accepted on behalf of the County are to be reviewed,
considered and accepted.
Date Introduced: December 2, 1992
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
