AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 25, HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
A Bill setting forth limitations on the amount of fiscal
resources to be pledged toward grants by establishing $900,000
as the minimum amount of grants to be made available in the
ensuing fiscal year and establishing a maximum amount to be
made available as an amount not to exceed one percent of real
property tax income. Also amends existing procedures for
awarding purchase of service agreements by incorporating
similar procedures as provided for in the awarding of grants.

Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in
the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
